the guy made it in his garage in a year!!!...ok so it's not his first by any means...he's a pretty clever engineer...bought the engine on e-bay for 5k!!...no chassis the engine is the chassis - wheels are converted 'outlaw triad' car wheels ..tyres avon venom 180x18 front and 280x20 rear both at 45psi....made his own forks!!!...stanchions are 75mm JCB hydraulic rams, damper rods are converted Vauxhall Carlton, springs are Hagon....rear suspension 2x yami R1 shocks resprung by K-Tech.....headers handmade and ceramic coated, heatshields use ex-NASA space shuttle tiles ....dryweight 630kgs and 18mpg...geared to just 190mph!!...but capable of being geared for 250mph!!!! - passed SVA approval first go and not Q plated but full 09 registered uk bike...and just because he could!!

nearly forgot - when he first 'fired' it up the metal flywheel near threw him off!!.... so he just changed it for an alloy one...like you do [me i'd have stepped well back and kept on stepping!!]...and the centre stand has a ratchet kick down...cool huh :mrgreen:

...what a bike.....! Didn't know that there is another biiiig bike beside the legendary Boss Hoss. However I'm still happy with my big bike which probably suits the Swiss roads by far better
